During my emergency visit to the dealer due to a flat tire, Mr. Kelly Garrett, Service Agent gave me outstanding service even though I did not have an appointment! My tire was quickly repaired at a reasonable price and my car was washed when it was returned to me! Service was quick and reasonably priced! Mr. Garrett kept me informed throughout the process…excellent customer service!!
My problem maybe unique. Buying a new car and having check engine light come on within the first two weeks was surprising. Needing new fuel injectors for a brand new Genesis GV 70 also very concerning.
All of problems should have fixed before the car left the dealer. Not being contacted about what was going on with my car also not an experience I’m used to. I love my new car today and hopefully I have no new problems.
This is my first Genesis experience and I love the car and provided services. I get compliments from men and women about my car. The car rides smoothly with an excellent radio sound system! Trust…. This G80 surpasses that old CCLS550 that I traded-in!!!
