Since the that day, over a month ago, we have not heard one word from anyone at Roseville.
I have emailed both parties three times each and have not had the courtesy of a reply.
I finally phoned and, of course, could not be connected to either party. Finally I talked to someone in Sales that rather rudely condescended to look up the order. He did find it but said there wasn't any info.
Getting desperate, I emailed Sheila Ramsey, overall Service Manager for three Genesis dealerships asking for advice/help. She had previously been very helpful. No answer has ever been received FROM ANYONE. What the hell kind of organization is this anyway? I am seriously considering going there ( long drive) and cancelling the order. They probably won't care but I'll be better off.
