Valet service, once again, wasn't offered up front and, only after specifying that said service is in my contract, was it offered, but in what seemed to be a bit of a begrudging fashion. Representative initially said no cars were available and, only after mentioning that said service was in my contract, was a car made available.
Pickup itself was 3 hours late. First, department seemed to forget that car was to be picked up and only did so after I had called in after initial scheduled time. And either due to understaffing or some other issue, representative who was supposed to come pick up my car had to first shuttle another Genesis client, only to find out said client was being shuttled to Discovery Bay.
I don't like leaving reviews like this because I really don't want to be "that guy". But it seems that there are still lingering issues regarding services offered that still need resolving. That said, the service performed, once the car was picked up, was done in a timely and expedient fashion, the representatives were professional with their responses and there was some level of attentiveness with the service itself.
