Flat tire
Had a flat tire. Talked to Stacey when I went in to get a new tire. They did not have it in stock and had to order it. This was late Friday afternoon. They had the tire on Tuesday and let me have a loaner car until it came it. They delivered my car to my door Tuesday morning at about 10:00 A.M. Could not have been more pleased. They also changed the oil while they had car as it was close to the due date which keep me from having to bring it back in. Stacy was on top of everything and kept me advised. Excellent Service.

Not pleased
Repair didn’t result in any change in parking sensor behavior. They are still erratic. Service Advisor not cooperative and argumentative. Had to wait an excessive amount of time (45 minutes or more) after arriving at dealership to pickup vehicle while paperwork was completed. These are some reasons I try to avoid services here except for warranty work. Not what I would call a Genesis experience. So, I got new tires at Costco and battery replacement and Service at Meineke. Good service there and no up selling for unnecessary injection cleaning.

Quickly done with service
I was originally told it would be an hour to hour and half. My car was done within 45 min and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was done.

Genesis is the Exception
The Tulsa location in my opinion, is the epitome of what you want or expect any car experience to be. Knowledgeable, Polite, Professional, Courteous, Helpful, and extremely accommodating. I have honestly never been so impressed with a dealership, its employees or the service department. Genesis of Tulsa has set the bar so high for what is expected and their customer service, they have made a customer for life. They aren't the rule, they are the exception. They value me as a customer. They value my time and it shows. Service department was easy to deal with and very timely. Outstanding in all aspects. I cannot say enough about the dealership and team.

Great Staff - Slow Service
The personnel are very nice and detailed in their explanations and expectations. Comfortable sitting rooms (which you’ll probably need). However, the service is very slow, expect an hour just for an oil change (that’s even scheduled). They also missed resetting my service counter.

Amazing Car, Amazing Crew!!!
The XD80 is a sleek, beautiful, expertly appointed powerhouse that really sells itself BUT we truly enjoyed spending our morning with Johnny B, our salesman who walked us through every step of the process and gave us plenty of options and details about several models and the purchase process. Johnny is a man of integrity, good humor and grit and helped us find a terrific match after what we came to look for was out of stock. Julio, the man with all the hats and Nick in the back finance office were both very knowledgeable and true to their word - plus they got us taken care of and out the door to meet a tough timing challenge. It was great to meet Greg in Service and get all the details about the service department and what to expect and we’re looking forward to a great relationship with our new friends just up the block. The whole team was on the ball and we both will happily recommend Tulsa Hyundai Genesis to anyone looking for a positive purchase experience.

If integrity matters.....
If integrity matters to you then think twice. Spent the day on the phone trying to get information about a GV80 they advertised on the internet. Numerous conversations about packages/trims and cost. Was quoted $58,800 a number of times which was also advertised online (GV80 prestige package). When it came down to "finalizing" the out-the-door price they were going to charge me 7K extra as a dealer markup. Did not mention that all day long, not until I was about to put a deposit down. Was so excited to be able to buy my wife this car and all of a sudden, they at the last minute upcharge me 7K. Why not be upfront with me in the beginning. Why advertising online a price you are not willing to honor. Where has integrity gone? All I know is that I did not find it here at Genesis of Tulsa.

Was contacted byJennifer who had just started Monday and she actually got some results on improving Tulsa Hyundai’s customer relations. If ever a dealership needed someone with her motivation it was Tulsa Hyundai. Will return only due to her to see if management listens to this young lady, if they don’t they will be shutting their doors before long. Go Jennifer
