I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to return our survey. We really appreciate the feedback. I do apologize for the confusion on this last visit. Unfortunately we've had some turnover recently and it will take some time to get the new staff up to speed. Cara will be taking over scheduling and servicing our Genesis guests. You happened to get Isaiah who has only been writing service for 10 days and is trying very hard to learn as he goes but because of staffing shortages we have not been able to spend as much time training him as we would like but we are working on getting all of this sorted out. We haven't had a 1 star survey in the 6 months I've been here and it really does bring us down as a dealer as far as Genesis standards are concerns. I will reach out via phone if that is ok to discuss how we can remedy this and possibly get you to consider a rescore.
