It’s extraordinary how well this place is run by Jamie. Everybody is kind, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their work is exemplary, and always ready when promised.

Lorna said she was dissatisfied. This business was supposed to call her by 10 am to let her know how much it would cost to get her tire changed, and it did not. She called in at 1 pm, and was told it was already done. When the staff told her the cost, she decided not to get the new tire, and asked the employee to just put the spare on. When she showed up, she was hit with another $24.00 charge for putting the spare on. She told them they should have told her about this charge previously, when she called them. The conversation escalated, and she did not appreciate the tone of voice of the person she was dealing with. The guy stated he did not know how to get in touch with the manager, which she stated she does not believe. The next day, someone from the facility called her, apologized, and told her she can get her money back. The gentleman who did her tire service was very nice, but she is not happy with the business' policy of not calling the customer to get approval before doing the work. She also stated the employees need to watch how they speak to the customers. She would still recommend this business.

"Great service and always friendly"
Every time I need something done to my car I go here and everything is done efficiently and I know they will take care of it. They always price it right and do a great job. So glad to have this station in the neighborhood!
