Excellent work over a number of years
I have been bringing my car to Metro Motors for several years, after a neighbor recommended them. They are extremely helpful and quick with repairs. My car has more than 131,000 miles and runs like a champ thanks to the great service. I will have my son bring his car here once he's home from college this winter.

So helpful and excellent service
Elizabeth and her team are the best! My car was presenting some mystery noises and they kept working on it until they got it figured out! This is a sign of persistence and determination to get the job done. It turns out it was something minor and was easily resolved. I highly recommend this station for repairs. They will take good care of you!

First, you will see I don't hit the top of any number - rating, etc... The reason is that I leave room for improvement and also human nature - anyone can miss an issue.. Having said that I am very pleased with the service I've received and the attention to keeping my wagon chugging along ... The staff are always their to answer questions and manage any last minute issues if possible - Great to know since the Benz Dealerships really don't seem interested after a car hits over the 100K mark.. Mine is at 167K...!

On Thursday just before Labor Day weekend I was pushed into a curb and my car suffered a dreadful left front tire injury h
After kind strangers changed my tire I was able to drive into Metro Shell . And I knew the tire was severely damaged.Metro was filled with other cars awaiting service . They took me right in and called a LYFT to get me home
Shortly after I was phoned that multiple parts had to be delivered/ but Metro ordered parts quickly and everything was installed immediately Tues AM so that by early 1pm Tues after Labor Day I had my car back just like new. Since I had no ride to retrieve my car, one of the mechanics came to my home to pick me up, return to Metro to pay for their services and sign all the paper work , and then I was able to drive home with my car now working properly

Great customer service, great advice, and no baloney!
I love this garage and won’t go anywhere else now. As a single woman, I’ve been manipulated, overcharged, and treated badly at the dealership and other garages. Elisabeth is the service manager and is GREAT, knows more about cars than most mechanics. Rob and Lou are also wonderful. They work to put you back in your car with peace of mind.
