Service was great
The service guys always take great care of me when I come in. They are very knowledgeable and are always able to answer my questions. They always explain what work may be needed in the near future, but are never pushy about it. I would absolutely recommend Gerald Hyundai to a friend.

Everything was great except employees' language
The service was good. Only drawback was that while I was sitting in the waiting area there were employees that repeatedly were swearing while talking to each other. Didn't appreciate that. Found it to be very unprofessional.

Great Service
I needed my radio replaced under warranty. The radio was ordered promptly, delivered quickly, and I was advised to bring the car in for the replacement. They replaced the radio in a very timely manner, and even contacted SiriusXM to have the radio ID switched on my account. Very pleased.

welcoming and informative
I purchased my Hyundai here and I only trust my car to Gerald Hyundai for service. I'm a busy Mom and an Uber & Lyft driver so I need to have frequent oil changes and maintenance on my car. The guys in the service dept keep good notes about my car and aren't pushy sales people trying to get me to add on things to my oil changes. I like trusting a company who looks out for their customers not just their profit.
