I highly recommend Germain Hyundai in Columbus, OH. Jesse and Gerald were so pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Great experience and well worth the 3 hour drive to get there. I saved $8,000 vs visiting a local dealer.

They sold the car to someone else
Ran 6 HARD INQUIRIES on my credit report BEFORE Checking with me on another car they had for me if I wanted or not, just ran it anyway before getting my approval or bothering to see if I actually wanted the car at all which I did not (It was a high risk Hyundai that they assured would be insured because their insurance company "covers everything" Yeah right)
I called and spoke to a manager he assured he would find me something since I was kinda stuck now and he "felt bad"
Waited 4 days and didn't hear anything
Got notified there was more hard inquiries on my report bringing the total to 10 AFTER I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED
So no car and now I have to probably wait a whole month before I can even realistically look for something again.
This is pretty ridiculous to say the least. Buying a car is always a hassle but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Who knew we had a circus in town with these clowns!
