My 2014 Wrangler fix
I really appreciate the level of care this group has for fixing my Jeep, having checked it out a couple times post fix due to check engine lights and faulty sensors. They spent a lot of time tearing it down and cleaning it out. I feel like I have a great 'go-to' when i have issues or maintenance needed. Jack, Jason, and the crew are great.

Always the best in service and quality of workmanship
Had a issue with my Corvette transmission that looked like a several thousand dollar repair, after taking the time to properly diagnose my car Jack and his technician’s had me back on the road for pennies over a hundred dollars. Many thanks to you Jack, after fixing several problems for me over the last few year you have certainly earned my trust and recommendations.

Efficient and Thorough Problem Solving
Took my 2007 hybrid in to see why the battery had started dying so frequently since one of the "free check" places had told me the battery was fine. Turned out that the battery was bad and, after thorough testing, it was determined that the battery was the only problem. The slogan "Where your car Getz fixed" really does sum up my experience. I made an appointment, Getz found the problem and fixed it in record time. Doesn't get any better!!!

Great customer service
Jack went out of his way and made my experience great. I approached him with my concerns about my car and he took a look at it and told me what needed to be done and the importance. He was honest about what could wait and what was most important. That speaks volumes when a business is honest with you instead of just seeing dollar signs. I'm going back to get more stuff done and highly recommend the shop.

Jack and Jason are honest professionals who know how to diagnose problems quickly.
After locating to the area, I first brought my vehicle to Getz about six months ago. The problem was addressed, and I was informed that this particular problem was under a recall by Hyundai. Jason informed me that he had another customer who was able to get his engine replaced at no cost by Hyundai. Subsequently, my engine seized on the way to the dealership, but after an analysis of the engine, it was replaced at no cost by the dealership. If Jason had not communicated this information to me, I may not have been able to get the engine replaced.

Great emergency service
We had a breakdown in our MINI Cooper. Once we got the car towed to Getz, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it faster than they said it would take. One of the employees went out of his or her way to go retrieve a part rather than wait for delivery. Wow!
