"Service hours"
Only one complaint and that is regarding hours of service department. I work Monday-Friday 6:30-5:00 in Canton and can't get there during your hours and you aren't open Saturday.

"Very timely repairs"
They ordered my motor got it in 3 days after having my car and had the new motor and starter put in the very next day.

"Service is central."
Derek seemed to know the vehicle he was servicing and could inform me about what was done in an simplified manner. The negative was that after I had my car serviced a coupon came out that was good for 1 week and my car could have been serviced at a fraction of the price that I was quoted. No one said a word about the coupon!

The Great service makes this a great experience. Staff was timely, As soon as I pulled into the service bay, my wait was only a minute. Staff was polite, The representative used my name. Took care of the issues that were plaguing my car. Very happy with the service and communication from the service side of the house. Free WiFi, bagels, coffee as well.
