This dealership continues to be a nightmare for me and my husband
As it turn out this service department at the Southfield dealership is a joke!!! I have spoken with everyone except the owner of the place about the continues problems that I experience at the dealership service department The new service manager is a bigger joke than the dealership it self me next step is call Fox 2 news I will not be looked over by people who has no regards to customers that has genuine issues... issues that can be resolved but is being over looked as just another unhappy customer..a customer that owns not 1 but 2 Hyundai Palisade. These people need to look at who they have managing and also servicing they customers cars after all cars are expensive and me as a customer is tried of the continuous BS service that keep getting from this dealership. I will no longer buy or have my cars service my these insensitive group of people.Glassman get two thumbs down.
