Wasn’t greeted when we walked in. Should’ve been a red flag. Car I took home wasn’t the car I test drove. Has far fewer features and sales rep didn’t make that clear.

Hi Jamaal, i know you have precontracted on a Hyundai Tucson hybrid, i know you were very excited to take delivery of this car but it seems by the time you received this survey you weren't happy at all. Would you mind telling us what we didn't do that didnt meet your expectations?
