Timeliness Needs Improvement
The service consult did NOT get to me until after an HOUR of my scheduled repair. I had to ask the receptionist 4 times for support until I finally got serviced.

Joel has been awesome he has provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! to me and my wife. he has kept us informed every step of the way good or bad. Very Very knowledgeable! if it was not for him and Angelica providing great service I would not even be bothered with this dealership. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I worked with Dan as my service advisor and had a great experience.
