I have tried to get full service gas recently. Apparently the service button is broken. Still, there is no sign to notify customers. Standing by the service button and staring inside the building is not enough to rouse the extra staff from their important teenage boy conversations.
This has happened twice in less than three months, so my expressing dissatisfaction the first time had no effect.
Maybe they are OK when you have an appointment, but they are extremely disappointing at gas. Why pay full service prices when you get NO service?
