"Good and responsive service"
The service department did great job of ordering the part quickly and getting an appointment set up right away. Ronnie was very accommodating since I had a longer than normal distance to travel to get to the dealership.

Great customer service! Speedy service wait was less than an hour... Ronnie the service guy was awesome from start to finish.... I live 7 mins from a Hyundai dealership in Chattanooga Tn but will drive 30 mins to Cleveland to get great speedy service.... thanks!

Service dept at gray epperson is always stellar for our family. even when we have thought of purchasing a different brand vehicle we can't do it because we are afraid the service dept wouldn't meet our standards we have grown accustomed to here at Epperson.

"It took a long time for an oil change and change out the air filters "
I had an appointment but I think they were slammed at the service dept. and were behind and that could be why it took longer than usual. Also the recall part they had run out of the car in front of me. They need to be checking stock and reorder before they are gone on parts. I didn't see a floor mat in my car so not sure if they removed it when done or they ran out of that. It's nice to us customers to see that Hyundai is going to extra mile to keep car floors clean.

I had some pretty major damage to the underneath of the passenger side when I ran over a curb. They fixed it quite quickly (parts had to be ordered) and gave me a loaner so I could get around. It is running nicely now!
