Treated like a valued customer
Excellent service. An apparently new system was a bit annoying. Multiple requests for me to confirm my appointment, an e-mail while waiting at the dealership with a service visit summary before I got the car back, and then a comical interchange between an automated request and our answering machine about whether I was going to pick up the car that day showed that the system needs some tweaking.

Luke is a good guy to work with, I wasn't able to make the first appointment and he rescheduled the next day for me. The only negative is that I was told it was a 15-20 minute repair and I planned for that, took an hour. But you made up for it by washing the car and coming in under your estimate. Thanks Good job.

Went in convinced problem was a vacuum leak. Car was there a whole day. Tech found that the actual problem was two bad coil packs that were still under warranty.

Professional and Not A Rip Off
As I told the young man who checked me in for my oil change, I previously went to a competitors oil change only business and was really ripped off. I paid more than double what I pay with you guys. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change except Hyundai. This is my second Hyundai. I've been trading my car in every 4 years and I'm extremely satisfied with Hyundai.
