Took care of may issue quickly and at no charge. I did not have appointment and called in to see my car can be looked at. Service manager very polite and accommodating and got me in and out fairly quickly.

Replaced defective battery in a timely manner
I took my 2017 Santa Fe Sport to Great Lakes Hyundai because the car kept losing its battery charge, causing me to call Hyundai's Roadside Assistance to give me a jump start -- which, by the way, they did in quickly and professionally. When my car lost its charge the day following my second Roadside Assistance, I thought there was something wrong with the battery, which proved to be the case. Great Lakes replaced the battery quickly and professionally. I was treated with courtesy, and the wait time for the work to be done was reasonable. I would recommend their service.
