Closeness of dealership. Service is better than average.
Service is always better than normal. Wash the car every time it's in for service. If you wait for the car and it's a long time, someone will drive you to a restaurant and come back to pick you up.

free rental and excellent hours of operation - boke down 6 hrs from home.
My car broke down out of state from my home. That is the reason I used Great Lakes and the only reason I would not use them for my next service. It would be a 6 hr drive for an oil change.
