I NEVER have issues with this dealership! As an older woman who deals by myself with auto issues they have been a godsend! Always get me in and out, are always professional and courteous! The facility is always clean. They are now doing a fantastic job with their set up for COVID.

2013 Hyundai Sante fe has had nothing but issues since I bought it, they sold me a lemon. They even ended up relaxing engine and it still continues to have issues

Great Staff and Service
For a variety of reasons I used to dread going into car dealerships. Great Lakes has changed my attitude. Staff in both the service and sales departments are friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. No high pressure techniques or scare tactics. In other words, what every car dealership should aspire to be.

All the staff that I interacted with were very nice. Alex in the service department is especially wonderful! He was very helpful in breaking down the issues found with my car and explaining them in easy to understand terms. I was not rushed in my decision and was offered many ways to make the time of service and cost easier for me.
