Disappointing Service
Our Salesman was great. . . BUT after purchase, the santa fe 2025 we bought has been in the shop like clockwork for recalls and issues including inability to recognize either key fobs. It was in the shop so long we only had days before we could invoke lemon law.

Service department is not helpful! I called the number at 217-525-1370 to schedule a recall and oil change. I was scheduled for recall and told walk-ins only for oil change. When I walked in, I was scoffed at by a different service department member that was not helping me as if I was lying even though the person assisting me acknowledged their call center is off site and prone to misinformation. I was offered to make another appointment that would be a month and half to two months out.... I told them I did have an appointment already scheduled for the recall and they me told they could not modify my existing appointment to include the oil change with the recall, but I should just let them know when I arrive.... I was also told that they'd let their manager know that the call center was giving misinformation... the service desk did not take my name, number, car info, or appointment info....
