Friendly and Efficient Service
Car had a recent recall notice that needed to be serviced. Location was helpful and friendly in scheduling an appropriate time to have work done. Actual appointment was equally polite and professional. Service staff handling matter quickly and appropriately despite having multiple other people having services performed that day. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Excellent Service, very personable service writers
At Hyundai Customer Care's suggestion, I brought my 2009 SantaFe in for a "second opinion" if anything could be done to eliminate a vibration that did not exist before a service campaign repair. The dealer that did that work said nothing could be done about it. TJ took care of me, and was very courteous and friendly. I also observed his approach with other "regular" customers.

He came out with pictures on his phone of what the technician found and explained the situation that would require an $1,100 repair. He also gave me suggestions for alternatives, including followup with Hyundai Customer Care. I've definitely found a new Hyundai dealer for repairs.

Scheduling service with an available loaner was quoted as approximately 2 weeks out. Arranged to be dropped off and took 30 mins longer than quoted plus had to be reserviced due to incorrect oil used.

Swing and a miss
I took my sonata in to get my audio system fixed. They recommended upgrading the software to the latest version, hoping it would fix the problem. It did not correct the issue. This fact could have easily uncover with even the most basic testing. This testing wa not done and my audio issues persist. I will probably select another maintenance option for correcting this issue.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced and TJ was supper helpful and gave me great advise and did not try to sell me on services that I could not afford at this visit but know I need to get certain items done due to the age of my car to maintain it.

I just moved to Des Plaines and I prefer this location and service as it is second to none.
