It appears their is some confusion? I am not sure who the Sure-Critic Rep spoke with but it was NOT Cliff Scott. I spoke to Cliff on 07/26/17 and he stated he was very happy with our work and would re-visit us when the need arises. In additon, Cliff asked me to have Sure-Critic call him directly. Perhaps our Sure-Critic partners should re-score this and call him at the cell# listed.
This review is erroneous and groundless and is not the opinion of the actual vehicle owner. As stated earlier we have been in touch with the vehicles owner and he is more than pleased with the repair outcome! Furthermore, the content of this “review” is outrageously inconsistent with the previous 700+ reviews found on this platform alone. This is a stellar example of what can go wrong with the on-line review process. With that said we will let the over 900+ 5 star reviews and 35 years in business speak for itself. I can certainly understand Rayenell husband’s disappointment but I think he is a bit confused. His disappointment is with the local Mercedes dealer and not us. After the local Mercedes dealer discovered they could not help Rayenell they directed her to us for the fix. Rayenell brought her Mercedes in to us for repairs. We gladly took the vehicle in and performed the repairs while she waited. She waited patiently in our waiting room for about an hour and then she was on her way. The charges were minimal and as far as we know she was more than pleased with our service. Perhaps this review needs to be revisited and fact checked more accurately.
