Tracy said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because she brought her vehicle in to have an issue repaired and she left with another. The coolant began to leak from the radiator when she got her vehicle back and she had to take it to a radiator repair facility and pay $100 to have the issue repaired. They told her the cap had been over tightened. She would not recommend this business for service based on her experiences with them. She is afraid to take her vehicle to them to have it repaired because things always end up costing more then expected. This business could serve her better by reimbursing her the $100 she had to pay to have the other facility diagnosis and repair the cap issue.
