Traci said that she wasn't completely satisfied with her overall service experience because she hasn't really been to a bigger facility like this before and it seemed really impersonal. They said they would wash her vehicle but they just rinsed it off. They didn't vacuum it either. When she came to pick up her vehicle they didn't know where it was at for a while. Then they found it and just gave her the keys and that was it. She didn't feel comfortable with the whole experience. It also took a long time to get an estimate on the work. Her advisor didn't have any follow up communication with her when she came to get the vehicle. She is unsure if she was completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. She would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated. She could be better served if they were more friendly and personable.
