Mike said he was not satisfied with their communication because they did not tell him it was going to cost him $100 to tow his vehicle in that was 2 blocks away. He would not recommend this business because they did not ask him if there were other ways to get his vehicle towed or tried to save him money.

I apologize that the tow company did not thoroughly go over the charges to have your F550 commercial vehicle towed over. When your employee came in to our office we called the tow company with him and arranged for him to meet the tow driver where the vehicle was broken down. We left the discussion of price to be handled by your employee and the tow company. My guess would be that since the vehicle weighs 6 tons the cost was slightly higher to tow it. We are glad that once the vehicle arrived to us we were able to get it repaired for you in a timely manner.
