Chad said this was his first visit to this business. He said he knew someone who had come to this business for some work and they liked the experience, but he would like to try this business out a little more and he would like to know if he could get a free oil change because his vehicle needs quite a bit of work. He said he liked Jose, his service advisor because he was truthful about the condition of the vehicle. He said he has had a recent bad experience at a competitor.
