Ike said he was completely satisfied with his overall experience but it was expensive and he'd rather go to the dentist. He's been going to this business for 30 years and spent almost $700 today and $400 a few days ago, but he has to when a vehicle has broken down. He stated he thought when any major repair of over $200 is done this business should throw in a free oil change, and he'd like to have John read this. Ike commented he's always beating John up for a free oil change, so to serve him better, throw one in once in a while.
