Steven said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because when he brought his vehicle in for service the business was supposed to replace his rear wiper blade, but they had forgot to, so now he has to make another trip to the service center to have the blade replaced. His vehicle was 1 day later than promised due to a wrong part being ordered. He could not say if he was completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because he said he did not call him to let him know they had ordered the wrong part and that he would have to wait another day without his vehicle, he said he had to call them. This business could serve him better by being open for service on Saturdays.
