Tony said this business is top notch as is their customer service. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate the customer, and they gave him a ride home after he dropped his vehicle off. He had them check out a vehicle that was selling for $1,400. The technician told him what was wrong with the vehicle, and told him what to do if he wanted to fix it himself. His last mechanic never would have told him how to do the work himself. They told him the vehicle was good for what he wants it for, and he bought it. He is bringing it to this business for service today. Juliana, his service advisor, called him to let him know she ordered a part for his vehicle that was hard to find. She is aware he does not have a lot of money, and told him they could work something out financially if he wanted them to install the part. This business' customer service floors him. Juliana is bubbly, positive and up front, and she has a great attitude. Everyone who works for this business is great, including the two women who work the front desks. His mom has been going to the same mechanic for over thirty years, and she is going to start going to this business for service. He tells everyone he knows about them.
