Martha said the vehicle was promised for noon but when she arrived, the employee handling the service was not available. She had to wait for him to return to get her vehicle. Due to having to wait for the employee to return to have her vehicle released, the vehicle was not completed as promised. They could serve her better by being aware of their customer's time restraints.
