Max said he dropped off his vehicle for an oil change. When he came back to pick up his vehicle, he was told he needed new brakes, which would take a couple of hours. Meanwhile, he had to go to the bank and needed a ride, so he had to rent a vehicle. Max was only gone for about 45 minutes, but had to pay $30 for the rental, which was too much. He said that this business should have given more thought for the extra repair and that they should revisit their rental policy. There was a breakdown on communication with the whole process. As a repeat customer, he has always appreciated this business, except for this visit.
