No basic maintenance parts
This dealership continues to disappoint. Went in for a recall appointment. Dealership had car for 6 hours only to call and tell me they had to order the part. Also, I asked them to replace my air filters. Again, they didn't have the part. How does a dealership not have AIR FILTERS for one of their own models?? Use a different dealership than this one!

Charges for services changed after pickup
I called to get prices for services, but when I went to pick up the car I was asked to pay about $100 more. They did correct the charges, but it was a little aggravating. Staff was professional and courteous.
