Oil change & recall service
Have had pretty consistent and reliable service so I always return to Hall. Had oil change, service for a recall, and found out I needed a new battery. Wasn't expecting that expense but glad it was found so I didn't get stuck with a dead battery.

Efficient and professional service
I took the car in for a recall and scheduled a separate appointment for scheduled maintenance. Both were performed as scheduled and my car was ready within a couple of hours. Check in and out we're seamless. Can't ask for much more and I appreciate the staff at this Hyundai service department.

The Service Manager spoke to me when I picked it up and said “if you need anything, call me first”
It’s great to build a relationship with the folks that are taking care of you new baby.
I feel they are a great team that is focused on the customer!

Only Given Partial Service
Went in for an oil change and could not access the coupon that had been sent. The representative worked with me on the coupon issue which was stated tome it would be for an oil change and tire rotation. Once home I realized that the tires were not rotated. One of my rims have peeling and it was exactly where it was when I took the car in. So how where the tires rotated? This is a service I thought I was paying for.
