I brought my car in for an inspection, which it passed. Came to pick it up and it was dead. I drive a Prius, a dead battery is cause for a lot of concern. After an attempt to jump and it still wouldn't turn on I left it over night so a mechanic could check it out tomorrow. I had to call them in the morning to find out what was going on. Apparently, "it started right up, no problems." I asked what happened the previous evening and they couldn't give me an answer. Just said it was fine now. Didn't offer a diagnostic text to check anything, didn't offer an explanation and it was clear they weren't going to. They don't care about your car, your time or making sure you know what's going on. Don't go here! And to the jerks who work there, I know you know what was wrong and don't want to admit a mistake. And I know you didn't drive my car around at all, the mileage hadn't changed even one mile. So answer me this, why was my car in a different position when I picked it up? You didn't drive it around and it started right up... hmm....
