Quick Service
On July 2nd, I was approaching a stoplight on my drive home from work in my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid, which had just under 10,000 miles, when a thump occurred and all the malfunction indicator lights came on. I was able to drive the car about a half-hour to the Hanover Hyundai. I explained the situation to the service advisor, Cody. He said his hybrid technician was in the next day, and they would be able to look at the car then. I was extremely happy since another dealership said they couldn't see it for 2 weeks. The technician worked with Hyundai on July 3rd and 5th to get the issue resolved. I greatly appreciate the service department being able to resolve the issue with my car quickly.

My only suggestion is, when a vehicle requires a test drive to diagnose an issue and/or ensure the issue is resolved, and you make a stop to get food/drink, remember to take your trash (a Starbucks drink in this case) with you.

Great Customer Service
I will say all around for it being a smaller place, their customer service is better than the Hyundai in York. However the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is, my appt was at 830 and they didn't finish till around 11. I don't understand how it takes so long to change the oil, rotate tires, and perform an inspection.

Every time we bring our 2017 Elantra in for service the techs treat us kindly and with respect. All questions are answered fully and they offer suggestions to improve the gas mileage of our car. Because they do such an outstanding job, we do not have to take our Elantra in very often. So far, we have made three round trip excursions to Florida with no issues. Thank you for your diligence.
