LACKING luster *
Take your business (money) elsewhere, this dealer will only give you’ve the run around.. from sales to service! My suggestion would be to consider purchasing your future vehicle from other makes such as Toyota or Honda that offer no cost maintenance plans!

Friendly Personal Service
I like being able to make an appointment online with a specific advisor.

So far, never any problems going here for an oil change, other than no one ever empties the coffee maker pod receptacle!

I've been going to this dealer for the past 7 years with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicles
I use the same service consultant the past 7 years and I've never had a problem. Was told when it would be ready and it has always been before or right on that estimated time. They also do great work.
Beside, I worked in the automobile business for over 38 years.

Poor service
This location tries to up-sell you on services and if you do not do what they recommend, they give you attitude. They told me a specific service was not included in the plan I selected online and when I confronted them about it in person, they had to double check their computer. To their surprise, it was covered.

When it was time for me to pick-up, they gave me the keys and said goodbye. No one explained how my inspection went or the condition of my car. They didn’t even show me where my car was, I had to search for it in the lot.

Very unprofessional staff- will not return.

This visit was disappointing
Normally, this dealership is sufficiently run.
But, in this case, the ball was completely dropped.
Vehicle was promised back to me in two days, it ended up being seven days, because of an (internal) paperwork glitch with Hyundai management.
I should have been offered, a loaner vehicle, due to warranty work.
