I always get amazing service when I take my car in. Scott is super-friendly and always explains the details of my service charges. Prices are reasonable and fair and I never feel like I'm being given a run-around like I've had at other car dealerships.

"Jake & Esteban Always Awesome and Respectful"
My experiences at Harbor Hyundai with the service advisor, Esteban and Jake have been great. Always upfront with me and explains to what the problem is respectfully. Since my Hyundai is up there is age and has approx. 185K which is good considering the age, it has been in to Jake within months of each other. I've had a very big ticket item be replaced. Jake took the time to explain to me and show me what was happening. Hyundai does great work! I've bad mechanics work on my vehicle and cost me more money to be fixed. The only think I have to say about Harbor Hyundai, not the service advisors, when a part is very late and the customer has a rental car, I believe the dealership needs to pickup the difference of the rental until the vehicle is ready. Rental vehicles are expensive. Twice the parts I have been waiting for did not come in when expected. That is a management issue, not a service advisor. As I said, Esteban and Jake are AWESOME!!
