Spoke with Susan. She said she had a flat tire and she brought it in at 11am. There were 3 empty bays in the front and 2 of the techs were sitting in the waiting room. They told her they would probably be able to look at it the next day because everyone was booked, but she wasn't sure why they couldn't look at it right then, seeing that the techs were sitting there. They called her later and said it would need to be replaced, which is what they did and she picked the tire up later that day. She's always used them in the past and will go back to get the other 3 tires replaced.
