"Service "
I've been with Harrells Auto since they open up at Buffalo Lake Rd. Staff is very friendly and helpful when I need my car serviced they always work with me. The prices are responsible. I'm very pleased with them.

"Starting problem, battery"
Contacted shop regarding the starting problem early Saturday morning. Gable got me in right away and verified the problem as the battery. Had the replacement in minutes and back on the road. Buffalo Lake shop always easy to work with regardless of the problem.

"Friendly and speedy. "
They got my truck in a few minutes before they were even open. They performed the service that was requested and had me on my way in under a half hour. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will be going back for anything else that may come up.

"Always very helpful, efficient and fast service and/or advice"
I needed an oil change and I had a right front wheel or tire noise. Robert said he would have a mechanic look to see if it was a rock or something to eliminate pulling the wheel to avoid a costly expense. The problem was solved easily and I was in and out with my oil change in a short time. I definitely recommend Harrells. They do not tell you that you may have a problem because they want you to spend more money which is what the dealership does to us every time we would take it to them,.I am a very happy costumer.

"Fast, courteous service"
Required state inspection. Completed very quickly. 1 hr later I discovered a blown fuse for my trailer hook up ( not part of the inspection). Dropped back into Harris’ and the service tech quickly resolved the issue at no additional charge. This is my 3rd visit to this location. Very happy with my experiences.
