Haven't had any help for car symptoms yet
When I bought the car it came with a license plate holder with extra mistake holes, and the frame is uneven to the ground. I reported this to Hyundai and nothing was ever done about it. Lately the car has been slipping gears, and has an annoying vibration when accelerating from a stop. The service team was unable to determine what is causing the slipping gears, and unable to experience the vibration themselves. When I picked up the car from service, I was able to re-create the vibration problem right there in the parking lot, but all techs had gone home for the day (6:30pm.)

Overall, I have no idea what the point of buying a new car with ""America's Best Warranty" is. I guess you have to wait til the wheels fall off.
