Sonya said she doesn't know why she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher than a 4. This business has always been nice to her and her family. She recalled years ago when she went to them for a dent. Someone from this business came out to her vehicle, pulled the dent out, and never charged her. Sonya concluded this is the kind of business she wants to do business with.

Doug said everything went well but the communication was iffy. He chose not to elaborate what issues he had with the communication. He said they detailed the vehicle 10 minutes before he picked it up and the left windows rolled up. There is a strong chemical smell in his vehicle that gave him a headache.
