Al said he brought his vehicle in to the business, the service kept getting pushed out, and the staff told him a different story every time as to why is wasn't being worked on and where they were with it. He said that ultimately he is happy with the quality of the service they gave, but he is unhappy with the way they handled the situation, which really put him in a bind. Al said he paid for tires to be put on his vehicle at a different location, but was unable to have that done, because he didn't get his vehicle back in time to do so, which ended up costing him more money. He said the staff do quality work, and the owner, Chris, took something off the bill, which he appreciates. He did it due to him making the staff aware of his dissatisfaction. Al said when the staff get in his vehicle, they put seat covers in it, so they won't get oil or grease inside his vehicle, which shows they respect it.

Peter said the vehicle went to the business on March 9th and he finally got his vehicle back on May 17th. He spoke with Roger regarding when they was going to start working on his vehicle, and when he called they always came up with different excuses as to when the repairs are going to start. He was told the engine was bad and he decided to find an engine for his vehicle himself. When his vehicle went to the business for repairs, there were no dents on his back bumper and fender and when he picked up his vehicle there was dents on the back bumper and fender. It was a very bad experience and this left a bad taste in his mouth, and he never heard from Chris in regards to the damages on his vehicle.

There was damage on the car. I will call to discuss, I saw it day 1 of 1. The fact of the matter is the aftermarket warranty you purchased is what caused all of your problems. You let them make you responsible for purchasing the used engine If you would have followed my instructions you would have not got burened by them and you would have got it repaired quicker. I tried many time to explain what to do and you ignored my advise. If you want to issue bad reviews, give them to the after market warranty company and the dealer you bought the car from.
