Scheduled a 8:45 appointment for an oil change. The dealer could not confirm my service writer. I showed them the text and e mail confirming my appointment. I sat for over 4 hours for an oil change my vehicle was done, but the service writer was on lunch. I left with no paperwork or proof the work was done. 4+ hours.
