Possible Sabotage
I brought my car to the service center for repair and as soon as I made it home my car started tapping. Something it wasn’t doing before I had my car serviced. I brought my car back to the service center only to be told it is no way the mechanic caused the new problem and now I must pay close to $500 to fix the new problem. I just paid over $900 to get my car fixed and this is not the first time a situation like this has occurred at this same repair shop. I am disgusted at this facility and anyone who worked on my car. Even the service manager Nate could not help me. It makes me feel like the service department is taking advantage of me because I am a woman and don’t know much about cars or that they are willingly sabotaging vehicles to increase customer sales. I refuse to pay another cent here and I will make sure everyone hears of my experiences at this facility. This is not the end! In the meantime, I will be seeking aid on how best to handle the situation after I’ve done more research on what I’ve been told by the service rep about the new problem.
