I was there early and they took me anyway. I only waited a few minutes.
The service department employee, Jimmy, came right out and took my car even though I was early. I explained a trunk problem and he showed me how it works. I have a problem with something broken and needs a small part on the side front. I had that when I went in for my previous visit. I showed it to Jimmy and he said he will personally handle it as the parts manager sent it back. I had called to check on the part in the meantime, knowing it was small and might be overlooked. Jimmy is having it brought right to his desk next time and will call me. Excellent service and his attitude towards customers is exceptional. I don't mind going in for an oil change anymore. This is my second Hyundai from there even though I have closer dealers.
