Only reason why I did not give my service a full 5 stars was due to the fact that when I dropped my vehicle off the check tire pressure light was on and when I got back in my vehicle it was still on. Granted at this service they did check my tires as I was told that I need 3 new ones as the treads were low. Not sure why this was not taken care of at the visit, I went home and had my husband check the tire pressure and it was way below what it should have been. If you top off all the fluids, wash and vac the car wouldn't checking to see why any of the lights on the dash are on be a part of the service?

Herb Chambers of Auburn Ma has proven to me to be the best buyer friendly dealer ever. I am 62 and have a proven history with many dealers. I have been embarrassed by several dealers in the past. Whether ignored or flat out proposed ridiculous terms. Herb Chamber of Auburn sales person did not even blink in coming up with a practical deal and accepted my trade without criticism. I recommend any family or friend to go to Herb Chambers first, and if they can't work out something, don't ever bother with the vultures.
