"Convenient "
I was there twice in one week. The first was to get air in my tires. I couldn’t find air any place. The second was to have a recall done. The only problem was I had already had it completed. They could have put the sticker on my car when I got air. This would have saved all of us time.

The service advisor that took care of me on this December 2017 service visit was great! He truly took a personal approach.

I temporarily misplaced his name during the holidays but if my memory serves me correctly it is Rickie. I'm certain you should be able to check my last service records to confirm his name.

My service visit prior to this December's visit was so unsatisfactory that I wasn't sure I was going to return to this location. This is the location where I purchase my vehicle in 2011 and have only had it serviced at this location but when I didn't even receive a return call after numerous attempts, I just have to accept that the location has changed for the worse.

Rickie has restored my hope for this location and I will give it another chance, at my next servicing, to continue to rebuild trust in Heritage Hyundai of Towson.

"FAST, RELIABLE SERVICE"
My Sonata needed quite a lot of work since it's at 135,000 miles. I can honestly say I've reached this mileage because of the excellent and dependable mechanics and service people at Heritage Hyundai. I wouldn't take my 2013 Sonata anywhere else.

"No communication whatsoever"
My car was there for 4 business days and they never called or explained what was happening with my car. I tried calling and no one ever called me back from the service department. The people checking me in and someone from another department (that finally took my call) also had conflicting info about my warranty and getting a rental car. After I got the car back after 4 business days, 6 days total, I found the car hadn’t been cleaned and there was a earring on the floor that wasn’t mine...I’m not sure if it belongs to someone here or not, but I’ve had the car for multiple years and have had it vaccumed before and never came across an earring...
