Excellent service
I went to Heritage Hyundai, because my rear passenger door would not open from the inside or out. The customer service rep, Dan Brodsky waited on me. Dan was very professional. I told him the problem, and he listened intently to what I had to say. He sent the car around to the repair shop. Once the car came back, he told me that he needed to order a part to fix the door. He also told me that the door latch was covered under extended warranty; good to know. He assured me, that he would call when the part come in. A few days past and I called to see if the part had come in. The person that answered the phone, told me that the part was in, but the next available service appt wasn't til July; I took the appt. A couple of days past, and I received a call from Dan on 4/27. I told him what happened, he said the part is here, you can't wait that long. He gave me an appt for 5/1. I had expected to be there for atleast 2 hours, but to my surprise, I was in and out in about an hour. If you happen to go get your car serviced at Heritage Hyundai, ask for Dan, he's the absolute BEST!!!!
