About 2 months ago I brought in my truck (2022 GMC Sierra Elevation 3.0 Duramax i6) for a complete AC system replacement as my compressor had run its course. The entire AC system was replaced and everything was fine. Today, my AC began to blow warm air. My truck was basically an oven on wheels, and I was the bread. I called Hialeah Auto Care Center, I explained the situation to Christian and he gave me what I felt was an honest and genuine apology for the troubles and asked me to bring it in as soon as I could so they can take a look at it. I brought it in on the same day, and in about an hour Christian informed me what the issue was, that they had resolved it, and it was 100% covered under warranty. To have such a severe mechanical issue present itself that renders my truck borderline un-drivable, especially when I’m on the road all day long visiting customers, and have that issue resolved on the same day is almost unheard of. I would recommend anyone to Hialeah Auto Care Center. They’re an honest, professional business that treat their customers with respect.
