said needed new battery with multipoint inspection.
My battery read 12.5 volts later that day. I checked it after the car had been sitting and with the engine and car completely off. The car starts up fine also. I was quoted 1.5hrs to do the service and it took a little longer, though that was no big deal. The car was left idling for a while because the avg mpgs dropped significantly, could have been related to the update. Other than these things my experience was fine.

Not so sure
Ever since I had my tires rotated, there's been a shimmy in the steering starting at 60 mph (this is new), and this is the second time I've had my car serviced there, and the second time the computer acted up, saying the key was in the port, preventing me from locking the doors or the headlights turning off.

Exceptional service
Took my car for a recall, the service was completed fast and without problems. Customer service was to the point and explained every question I had. A salesperson approached to check if we needed help and after a small chat he politely left. Good experience, would recommend.
