I’ve now brought my car in a total of 5 times! While the customer service “feels good”, the actual service is TERRIBLE! They didn’t document my complaints or concerns & basically wrote what they wanted as the reason I brought my vehicle in for service. I showed them pictures of just ONE of the issues, which makes my car unsafe to drive, as the front engine cover holding my drive belt in place is cracked. Their response, bring it back in 2 weeks & we’ll look at it. Completely disregarded the safety concern. This is after me bringing it in 3x for a suspected bad ECM, that they have yet to address. Their response was, “the codes just need to be cleared”. Guess what?! Clearing the code does NOT fix the problem! This is the 3rd dealership I’ve tried, as the other two had disregarded my concerns as well. Between 3 dealerships, my car has been kept in the shop 5 of the last 12 months and continues to have issues since having the engine replaced under recall. You see, it threw a rod while I was driving 75mph on the interstate in April of last year. THAT was just the beginning of the 15 month long HORRIBLE experience I’ve had. I LOVE my car. However, if you need repair work done, you’re better off taking it to a 3 year old who loves Hot Wheels cars.
