Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! If you buy a vehicle and notice something wrong after you drive off the lot, like literally while driving off the lot, they will do absolutely nothing to fix it. Except assure you they will "get her in", but never manage to call you back. 3 1/2 months later 1 of the issues is still there but the other, the electrical, I had to have fixed myself as it was a safety hazard.
I'm pretty sure she was off to meet Elvis in a few days as it was a close to new years miracle I drove by and saw her. She was never once listed anywhere. She had been on their lot for almost 4 months and had the same dent she got back in 2014, same broken light she got in 2015, same tires I had put on her 6 years prior (yes, I had to replace the tires too, to the tune of $1800), a huge chip in the windshield and same broken piece in the bed that had always been there. It was more than obvious that they had only done an oil change and had something against my truck, or maybe just Hummers in general. I'm mean at this point it's vehicle discrimination and neglect, or something! This must be the only logically conclusion after all my calls and emails that have never been responded to.
You couldn't pay me to go back there!! Well unless Alice gets repo'd again and by Satan himself, she ends back up there. But that will never happen!
