The only thing I do not like is calling to schedule a service appt. Every single time I have to give my address AGAIN, type of car AGAIN, phone AGAIN, email AGAIN. It's frustrating since I know the phone ppl are reading it on their computer screen. Also, it would be helpful if they had in their notes what service needs to be done on my vehicle. When I give them my mileage, shouldn't my file show that I am due this time for oil change + tire rotation? or just an oil change? or is this going to be a larger service? I NEED to know how long I will be stuck there, and your phone reps do not know how long these services will approximately take. It's important because I have to take off work.
